Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the purchase and return the products within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any specific reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, proceed as follows.

Please contact our customer service at contact@cataniaclub.com and inform us of your intention to return the product. You will receive instructions to complete the statement.

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, unused and with all relevant labels and packaging. Please pack the product well to avoid damage during return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless your return is for an incorrect or faulty product. Once we have received and accepted your return, we will refund the amount you paid for the product (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your return.

If you want to exchange the product for another size or color, please contact our customer service at contact@cataniaclub.com and we will help you arrange the exchange and ensure that you receive the desired product as soon as possible. In the event of an exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping.
